No. There is no option to own the gaming laptop you receive as part of your subscription. To purchase OMEN Gaming laptops, you can shop at our HP Store.
Yes! You can try an OMEN Gaming Subscription for 30 days, risk-free, with no commitments. You can cancel your plan within the first 30 days after signing up and then return the gaming laptop and all the accessories back to us. We will send an email with instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. You may use the original packaging to return the gaming laptop and accessories, or FedEx will provide return packaging.
Any payments made in the first 30 days will be refunded once the gaming laptop and accessories are returned.
Non-return fees apply if any product is not returned within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Non-return fees depend on the gaming laptop and accessories in your subscription.
You have 30 days from the day you sign up to test drive the gaming laptop and accessories to see if the OMEN Gaming Subscription is right for you. After the risk-free trial, cancellation fees apply through the end of the first year.
You can cancel through your online OMEN Gaming Subscription account, or by contacting 24/7 Pro live support at 1-855-265-5276. Your subscription will remain active through your current monthly billing cycle and then will stop. You are required to return all products to us. We will send an email with instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. You may use the original packaging to return the product(s), or FedEx will provide return packaging.

OMEN Gaming Subscription includes select laptops and accessories paid for with a monthly fee charged to your payment method on file based on the devices you select. HP OMEN retains ownership of the devices throughout the subscription, and devices must be returned to HP OMEN upon subscription upgrade or cancellation. For complete details see OMEN Gaming Subscription Terms of Service. Your subscription and monthly payments, plus any applicable taxes, will automatically renew and continue unless you cancel. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of enrolling and return the devices within 10 days of receiving the prepaid return label provided to you, you will not owe anything. Any charge made to your payment method will be fully refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting My Account and clicking "Cancel subscription" or by calling 1-855-265-5276. Individual services cannot be cancelled. Early cancellation fees will apply if you cancel after the first 30 days and during the first 12-month term of your subscription based on the devices you select. After the 12-month term, you may cancel anytime without a cancellation fee but must return the laptop to avoid a non-return fee; or continue your existing subscription by continuing to pay the monthly fee; or upgrade to a new OMEN Gaming Subscription and payment/cancellation fee schedule and return your original laptop to avoid a non return fee.

30 Day Risk-Free Period: To avoid monthly fees and the early cancellation fee applicable to your OMEN Gaming Subscription, simply cancel within the first 30 days by visiting My Account and clicking “Cancel subscription” or by calling 1-855-265-5276. You must return your devices within 10 days of receiving your prepaid return label to avoid the non-return fees applicable for your subscription. You may be charged for the first month if you cancel near the end of the first 30 days, but your payment will be fully refunded.
